Cancellation Policy

Policies & Procedures Commitment to Excellence, Accountability & Transformation The Master My Flesh Apostolic Formation Institute is committed to providing a safe, structured, spiritually sound, and transformative environment for every participant. These policies are designed to maintain integrity, accountability, order, and respect throughout the duration of the program. 1. Application & Enrollment Policy Non-Refundable Application Fee A one-time non-refundable application fee of $100.00 is required for all applicants. Please Note: Submission of the application fee means that you have been accepted into the program. The application fee covers: Administrative processing Interview/review consideration Program preparation and onboarding Student enrollment processing Refund Policy: The $100 application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including: Withdrawal from the program Failure to complete enrollment Change of mind Scheduling conflicts Removal from the program due to policy violations By submitting payment, applicants acknowledge and agree to this policy. 2. Attendance Policy Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions consistently and punctually. Excessive Absences: More than 3 unexcused absences may result in: Probation Removal from the program Loss of certification/completion eligibility Tardiness: Repeated lateness disrupts the learning environment and may result in disciplinary review or expelled from the program. 3. Participation & Engagement Students are expected to: Participate respectfully during sessions Complete assignments and reflections Engage in discussions and activations Maintain a teachable spirit Demonstrate accountability and maturity This institute is designed for transformation, not passive observation. 4. Confidentiality Policy Master My Flesh is committed to creating a safe environment for healing and growth. Therefore: Personal testimonies shared within sessions must remain confidential. Students may not record sessions without written permission. Screenshots, private discussions, or sensitive information may not be shared publicly. Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the program. 5. Code of Conduct Students are expected to conduct themselves with: Integrity Respect Honor Emotional maturity Spiritual accountability The following behaviors are prohibited: Harassment or bullying Disruptive conduct Gossip or slander Manipulation or intimidation Sowing discord
