A Generational Mantle-Bearing Initiative
The Elijah & Elisha Mentorship is a transformational, generational mentorship initiative designed for spiritual fathers and mothers, emerging leaders, and their successors. Rooted in the biblical model of Elijah and Elisha (2 Kings 2), this program exists to equip, empower, and prepare spiritual sons and daughters to receive, steward, and multiply the mantle entrusted to their leaders.
​This is not a casual mentorship, it is a covenantal journey of formation, alignment, impartation, and succession. Through weekend retreats, ongoing mentorship, leadership equipping, and intentional relational covering, participants are trained to carry legacy, authority, and responsibility with integrity.

Participants are guided into spiritual, emotional, and doctrinal alignment with their leader’s vision, values, and mantle before public release.

Mentorship emphasizes character, faithfulness, submission, and endurance, not just gifting. This includes:

Through prayer, laying on of hands, prophetic activation, and spiritual encounters, leaders release grace, authority, and assignment.

Participants are trained to reproduce healthy leadership cultures, not create isolated movements. Legacy is measured by what continues after you.

Elijah & Elisha Mentorship will be accepting applications in the Spring of 2026
